Master List – Loaded Tea Ingredients
Y’all have asked for a list of the ingredients we use for the loaded teas, and I have attempted to put it all together here.
Most of these items were found at our local Walmart stores, smaller grocery stores and different places like CVS, Walgreens, Family Dollar, Big Lots, Dollar General, Dollar Tree, Tuesday Morning, TJ Maxx, etc. We also ordered some of the things from Amazon that we could not find or are not sold in our local stores. The items that can be found on Amazon are linked there.

Note that most of the powdered drink mixes are sugar free and are made using some type of artificial sugar. If you are interested in making teas that specifically do not contain aspartame, these are some aspartame free options:
- Gage Foods drink mixes (use sucralose)
- GramZero drink mixes (use Stevia)
- Most liquid drink mixes
- Crush brand watermelon and orange
- Most Welch’s, Tampico, True Lemon, Stur and ZHOU brand mixes
There are other aspartame free options, but they really are hit or miss depending on the brands available to you in stores. Double check the labels if you are curious.

What is the replacement for NRG tea?? Thanks ❤
Sorry I didnt know how to type my own comment, so I am typing against your reply. Is it black tea only that you use in these, or do you use any sort of green tea?
I’ve put my email in for the ebook but have not gotten it yet.
Same! Did you ever get it?
What ingredients do you think a Lime Margarita loaded tea would include?
Thanks for all the info! It’s a huge help and will save me tons. I didn’t find a link to cactus water. Do you have a link and/or discount code for this product?
I’ve put my email a few different times to get the recipe book. I haven’t received it yet.
I just want to say thank you for doing this, it is so appreciated. Thanks, again!
Im so excited about trying these, we have 2 favs thats the watermelon crawl that Im trying to figure out and the summer love its a pineapple and strawberry maybe.
I’m going to try to make the Watermelon Crawl since it’s been so highly requested!
This one would be awesome to try.
My favorite is Barbie–I think it is tropical fruit lift off and cherry drink mix.
Do you have a book of all the recipes? It would be great to have them all in something of Book. I would definitely buy it
Hi Annette!
I would love to have a book of all the recipes made, I just never seem to have enough time in the day! I am in the process of uploading every recipe card to the site to make it all easily accessible to everyone. My goal is for everyone to get free access to all my recipes and save money in their budget.
I have tried to print the recipes that arent in the free ebok but can not figure it out
Hi Joye!
I’m working on putting the recipe cards up with a feature to print each one individually. That way going forward I can get them up quicker and easier for everyone!
Thank you so much! I am enjoying trying every one. I just copied the image and put it in a publisher document (landscape view) and printed it. Put them in a binder for easy access. Love it!
If you right click on the recipe card you can save it and then print from where you saved it to.
I could have sworn that I saw a post with a comparison and breakdown of Herbalife products vs dupes on your site but I can’t find it now. Am I dreaming. Lol
Can I just say, “Thank you for the Amazon Shop! It was a game changer. I watched and rewatched a TikTok writing down your main ingredients. Then I got stuck on Prime trying to match it up. I then searched you online. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you. Can’t wait to start the school year off drinking my teas, increasing my water in-take, and cutting down on sugary soda.
I am loving these teas! Does anyone have any ideas on how to organize all of these packets? Thanks!
All the packet boxes were making my ocd crazy so I order these boxes off Walmart.com, it’s a game changer, I wish I could share a pic to show u.

Hi Abby!
That is an awesome idea. Someone showed me something similar they use too and it looked great. My set-up right now is just so organized and chaotic. We go through so many packets though trying to test out new recipes before we share them with everyone. Keep your ideas coming!
I seen this and went to Walmart and bought 12 of these. They had blue ones and I love them..
Genese
I bought 4oz spice jars and labels off Amazon.
What is the purpose of the Aloe Vero and Cactus Water in the drinks? Does it have a benefit or it is purely for the color separation? And how do you know which one to use?
What are the benefits of using a mix with collagen?
The aloe and cactus water serve as substitute in the recipe model based on what you’d get at the nutrition shops. The aloe is good for digestion and the cactus water has a lot of nutritional benefits as well. The cactus water has been hard to find, so we are trying to give everyone multiple options. Feel free to omit any ingredients and tweak your recipe.
The collagen mix provides the peptides and protein seen in the beauty drinks from the nutrition shops.
I am just finding out about you & love this! Thanks so much! After reading through some of the recipes if it does call for cactus water can you use aloe in place of that? if so, would you use the same amount of aloe as cactus water!? Thanks!
Hi Kayla!
To keep in consistent, I always try to use 2oz. Yes, you can use the aloe in place of cactus water. I know the cactus water has been hard to find for most people. Aloe can work in the place of anything. Coconut water is great and ads a tropical flavor. Hope this helps!
That is how I do mine to in spice jars. I got them off amazon. I just fill them and then pack a bunch in little packets so I can take them with me anywhere.😊
I cannot find the Guarana powder or the black tea. They are sold out. What do you suggest to use in place of?
Thanks!
Hi Deanna! There aren’t too many substitutes for the guarana powder that I have found. It’s a slow release natural caffeine with antioxidants, but you can leave it out if you can’t find it. It’s available directly through the manufactures website and Walmart.com if you can’t get it off Amazon. GNC or your local vitamin shops may have something you can use.
For the tea powder you could try some of the Walmart Great Value tea drink mix packets we use in some of our recipes. I’ve read a few people are making a cold brew concentrate from bag tea pouches. Essentially you steep 4 bags of tea per cup of cold water overnight. We’ve done it for our “Nightshift” tea recipe and it works. It concentrates the caffeine, but also the flavor. So use is sparingly or it will overpower the recipe.
We’ve ordered from instantteas.com. They have really good tea powders. You can use the discount code SilverLiningLessons to make it even more affordable.
I can’t seem to find the Great Value Collagen as it is sold out… do you have any other dupes?
Hi Kristin! When I can’t find it, I usually substitute another brand like Vital Proteins or Garden of Life. Usually a half-scoop from one of the larger containers is exactly what you need or more. As long as it’s strawberry lemonade, it should work. Just look at the serving size on the container because usually you will only use half and get double for the price.
Thank you so much for putting this together!!!!
Loving the tik toks and ordering many of the items to start making these at home. Quick question, we did a skittles dupe which was amazing, but what size cup do you use? Want to order cups and lids so we can take on the go.
Hi Traci!
Sorry I’m so behind on replying! I use 32oz cups on TikTok and the recipes. When I make these for myself I usually pour them into my tumbler. I got a big 32oz metal tumbler at my Walmart Neighborhood Market for around $9 and it keeps it called all day. It’s the pink and purple one you may have seen in some of the videos.
Hey! When you say 1/4 or 1/2 of a packet of flavorings what is that in tsp? I’m not sure if each of those has 1 tsp total- I think the 4C is 2tsp in each pack, but I wasn’t sure on the rest- thank you so much! We are loving these!!
Hi Kim!
Yes, the 4C has 2tsp in each pack. Most of the flavoring packs are all about 1tsp. Every once in a while I will find some that only contain 1/2 tsp in the flavoring pack. Like the Welches Peach Strawberry and the Skittles Grape.
The Great Value Energy packets are more than a tsp and the collagen packs are as well. Just gotta keep an eye on them if they feel different.
Which one has the wild blackberry pomegranate?
I can’t find which tea recipe has the Crystal Light Citrus
True Lemon
Wild Blackberry Pomegranate can you tell me which drink it is in?
Anyone have a recipe that uses Margaritaville Strawberry Daiquiri? Also need a recipe that is yellow.
Thank you so much!! Now for links as some of us live in BFE!!
I love your videos.. I am loving the drinks I work in a trailer with construction guys and already I have had 3 of them ask me what I am drinking!..
I printed your recipes – laminated them – and put all my powders in stackable plactic drawers and labeled them.. so much easier to when making recipes to pull what you need.. now this Master list is great I can put in my purse and when I am at the store I can grab what I need. Thank you so much for creating this and makeing it fun!
If you are using the garden of life collagen, how much do you use? A scoop is 20g of collagen where the great value packet is only 2g. THANKS
Hi Kasey! The Garden of Life- “Beauty” is what you want. A full scoop is 11g of protein and 12g of collagen. You only need to use 1/4th a scoop. This gives you approximately 3g of protein and 3g of collagen. I like to use 1/2 scoop to get more of each. If you do use 1/4th, I might add just a touch of extra flavoring to boost it.
I love this master list!!! It’s exactly what I need 🙂 Is there a way to download it? I’m imagining a way that I can have it on my phone or printed so I can mark what I have, what I need etc. for when I shop. Thank you for ALL of this!!!
What Teas are the easiest to make/with easy to find ingredients? Any that are less than 3 ingredients?
Hi Samantha!
Most of the teas are only have a few ingredients, so I guess it depends on the flavors you like. Hawaiian Punch Berry Blue Typhoon is used a lot and is easy to find. Is there a particular flavor combo you like that I can offer suggestions/substitutes for?
Is there a dupe for Prolessa? Thank you for all your hard work. I so enjoy these teas daily now.
OMG, I LOVE the Sonic Ocean Water mix, but I found it once at Walmart, and now I cant find it anywhere. Any idea where I might could find it?
thanks for sharing
Green tea powder, is this the same as matcha green tea powder?
Is there a way to list the ingredients we have and then be told what drinks we could make from what we have on hand?
Thank you for your hard work! I just wish there were more options on the market that weren’t aspartame. I can’t have it. Not your fault at all! I just am so restricted due to that!
Can we get a recipe for the Axel? Thank you
Hello! Thank you so much for sharing these dupes!! 🙂 Several of these recipes call for Grape drink mix. I’ve tried several brands but have not found one I can stand to drink. Is there a substitute I can use in place of Grape in these recipes? I realize it will change the taste a bit but some of these sound so good, I’d like to drink them – I just can’t get past the taste of the grape mixers.
What size cups are you using?
So happy I ran across this on Pinterest!!! I was thinking of doing shakes again but trying to fit it in my budget!! Get site thanks
I bring my teas to work, and my coworkers would love some too. Are there any recipes I could pre-package for them. That way they just have to add water and ice at work? I know most have like 1/2 packet of this or that. Is there any that they can just dump all and mix? if that makes sense. It has to be super simple for them. I’ve already tried showing them your tiktoks but that just seemed to confuse them more. Thank you! The Bah humbug has been my favorite last few days!:)
I’ve stocked up on so many of these ingredients ! Any ideas for storage of all these different drink mixes!!! Also thank you soooo much for doing this !
What would be a replacement for the Hi-C mashin’ mago melon?
Can you tell me how to make a Pineapple Sunrise tea? All I know is it has pineapple and strawberry in it.
I also would like to know how to make the Boss Babe tea. I know it has orange, strawberry and watermelon.
