SLL Shakes

Tips for making your shakes:

Blend your ice and water together first for a few seconds before adding dry ingredients. It’ll make for a smoother consistency.

If your shake is too thin, add more ice and blend.

If your shake is too thick, add some warm water and blend.

    • Question.. I was reading the back of the slim fast and regular whey protein mixes.. why do you use slim past plus the whey protein mix? Slim fast has whey in it so w couldn’t you just do two scoops of 1 protein mix instead of two Separate products? Or is there a science or reason for this. Tried seeing if you wrote about why somewhere but didn’t see anything

  1. This was so good! I’m trying to make some healthier swaps and find a way to get more protein in. This hit the spot. It all eased my sugar craving without actually being terrible for me. My daughter (15) and I made one and it was enough for two servings for us as a snack. Can’t wait to try more recipes!

    • Hi Liz! I’m glad y’all liked it! I’m loving the Wendy’s Frosty shake and my husband loves the white chocolate Snickers. If you want to reduce the calories, you can substitute sugar free syrups for the pudding mix. You can also boost the protein without adding carbs with Isopure Zero Carb powder. We are going to roll out more shakes soon, so let me know if there is flavor you want. Tell your daughter I said hello!
