Blend your ice and water together first for a few seconds before adding dry ingredients. It’ll make for a smoother consistency.

If your shake is too thin, add more ice and blend.

If your shake is too thick, add some warm water and blend.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop SlimFast Advanced Nutrition Smoothie Mix - Vanilla
  • 1 scoop Integrated Supplements Whey Isolate Protein - Vanilla
  • 1/2 TBSP Oreo cookies & cream pudding mix
  • 1 Graham Cracker square
  • 1 TBSP sugar free Jello pudding mix - butterscotch
  • 1 TBSP PB2 Original Powdered Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Ice

Instructions

Blend ice & water in blender for 10 seconds

Add all other ingredients into blender

Blend until smooth or desired texture

    • Hi Stephanie! I just used sugar free chocolate syrup and sugar free caramel syrup. The cookie crumble is Chips Ahoy, the one that comes in the small individual container for $1. Smuckers makes a sugar free caramel syrup and I found it at Walmart.

      Some stores have a sugar free whipped cream, but I’ve had trouble finding it. There is an almond milk version if you’re looking for a similar option.
