Tips for making your shakes:
Blend your ice and water together first for a few seconds before adding dry ingredients. It’ll make for a smoother consistency.
If your shake is too thin, add more ice and blend.
If your shake is too thick, add some warm water and blend.

- 1 scoop SlimFast Advanced Nutrition Smoothie Mix - Chocolate
- 1 scoop Integrated Supplements Whey Isolate Protein - Vanilla
- 1 TBSP Oreo cookies n cream pudding mix
- 1 TBSP Jordan's Skinny Syrups - sugar free mocha syrup
- 2 TSP Waka Coffee dark roast instant coffee
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
Blend ice & water in blender for 10 seconds
Add all other ingredients into blender
Blend until smooth or desired texture
Add sugar free whipped cream & sugar free chocolate syrup into bottom of the cup & Top with sugar free whipped cream & crushed Oreo (if desired)
