Remember that you can add instant tea powder and guarana powder into any tea as your caffeine/energy component. It will not alter the flavor of your tea, but it will give you a clean, high-quality form of caffeine without the extra additives found in some of the other mixes.

Ingredients

• 1 tsp. 4C Energy Rush - Orange
• 1/4 tsp. Waka green tea powder
• 1/8 tsp. Nutricost guarana powder
• 1 tbsp. Gatorade Endurance Formula Thirst Quench Powder - Orange
• 1/4 tsp. Skittles Tropical kiwi lime drink mix
• 1/4 tsp. Skittles Tropical mango tangelo drink mix
• 2 oz. cold Fruit of the Earth aloe vera juice
• Water
• Ice

Instructions

Dissolve 4C orange & green tea & guarana in 4 oz. hot water

Dissolve Gatorade & mango tangleo in 8 oz. of cold water in a separate cup

Combine both mixtures into a 32 oz. cup

Then, pack cup with ice

Coat top of ice with cold aloe vera juice

Mix kiwi lime with 2 oz. cold water

Add mixture into cup
