Tips for making your shakes:

Blend your ice and water together first for a few seconds before adding dry ingredients. It’ll make for a smoother consistency.

If your shake is too thin, add more ice and blend.

If your shake is too thick, add some warm water and blend.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop SlimFast Advanced Nutrition Smoothie Mix - Vanilla
  • 1 scoop Integrated Supplements Whey Isolate Protein - Vanilla
  • 1 TBSP Oreo cookies n cream pudding mix
  • 1 TBSP Torani sugar free brown sugar cinnamon syrup
  • 1/2 cup Great Value rice crisps cereal
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Ice

Instructions

Blend ice & water in blender for 10 seconds

Add all other ingredients into blender

Blend until smooth or desired texture

Top with sugar free whipped cream & cinnamon & rice crisps cereal (if desired)
