SLL Shakes
Tips for making your shakes:
Blend your ice and water together first for a few seconds before adding dry ingredients. It’ll make for a smoother consistency.
If your shake is too thin, add more ice and blend.
If your shake is too thick, add some warm water and blend.

Oreo cookie and cream what substitute can I do?? Thanks
Hi Dianna, I can’t think of any substitutes off hand. For this recipe, we are duping the Cookies and Cream protein powder used. So combining a small amount of Oreo cookies n cream allows you to transform the vanilla protein without having to buy a full container of Cookies and Cream protein powder at a much larger price. You could try leaving it out, but I’m not sure how it would affect the taste.
Can you do a cookies and cream shake
Ghost, Gnc, Quest and Muscle Milk all carry cnc protein powder. That is what I sub for the vanilla protein when a recipe suggests cnc pudding mix (which i can not find). So cnc protein instead of vanilla protein+cnc pudding mix
Is there any way you can do keto low carb/low sugar version
