This wintery blue tea is a mix of lemonade, pineapple passion fruit & polar blast.

Remember that you can add instant tea powder and guarana powder into any tea as your caffeine/energy component. It will not alter the flavor of your tea, but it will give you a clean, high quality form of caffeine without the extra additives found in some of the other mixes

Ingredients

• 3/4 tsp. 4C Energy Rush - Lemonade
• 1/4 tsp. Waka lemon green tea powder
• 1/8 tsp. Nutricost guarana powder
• 1/4 tsp. Wyler's lemonade drink mix
• 1/2 tsp. Skittles Tropical pineapple passion fruit drink mix
• 1/4 tsp. Hawaiian Punch polar blast drink mix
• 2 oz. cold aloe vera juice
• 2 oz. Reddi Whip Sweet Foam (optional)*
• Water
• Ice
• *Adding the Reddi Whip Sweet Foam topper will add approximately 35 calories, 5 carbs and 25 cents to the totals.

Instructions

Dissolve 4C lemonade & tea & guarana & lemonade & pineapple passion fruit in 6 oz. hot water

Pour into bottom of 32 oz. cup

Pack cup with ice

Coat top of ice with aloe vera juice

Mix polar blast with 8 oz. cold water

Add mixture into cup with other ingredients

Top with Sweet Foam (optional)
