    1. Hi! You don’t have to necessarily. The tea gives it the “tea flavor” but also ups the caffeine content. The 4c gives you 85mg, so if thats enough for you then you can skip it. At the end of the day, this is just our recipe and we want everyone to tweak it to fit their needs!
