There are several ways to make the donut & coffee shots:

• Place all ingredients in a 2 oz or 5 oz cup with warm water. Stir with a spoon until dissolved. Sprinkle with topping.
• Place all ingredients in a 2 oz or 5 oz cup with warm water. Put lid on and  shake until thoroughly dissolved. Sprinkle with topping
• Place all ingredients in a shaker bottle with warm water and shake until thoroughly dissolved. Pour into a 2 oz or 5 oz cup. Sprinkle with topping.
• Use your favorite MCT Powder Oil. We recommend the Quest MCT Powder Oil based on price, taste, and its ability to dissolve well.

Ingredients

• 1 scoop Quest MCT Powder Oil
• 1 tsp. sugar free Mocha syrup
• 1 tsp. sugar free Caramel syrup
• 1/8 or 1/4 tsp. cocoa powder
• Warm Water

Instructions

Dissolve MCT powder oil & Mocha syrup & caramel syrup in up to 2 oz. of warm water

Sprinkle cocoa powder on top
