Remember that you can add instant tea powder and guarana powder into any tea as your caffeine/energy component. It will not alter the flavor of your tea, but it will give you a clean, high quality form of caffeine without the extra additives found in some of the other mixes

Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp. 4C Energy Rush - Citrus
- 1/2 tsp. 4C Energy Rush - Orange
- 1/4 tsp Alovitox guarana powder (or 1/8 tsp. Nutricost guarana powder)
- 1 Great Value strawberry lemonade with collagen packet
- 1/4 tsp. Margaritaville pina colada packet
- 1/4 tsp. Pineapple Crush packet
- 2 oz. cold Aloe Vera juice - wild berry
- Water
- Ice
Instructions
Dissolve 4C Citrus & 4C Orange & guarana & strawberry lemonade with collagen in 8 oz. hot water
Pour into bottom of 32 oz. cup
Pack cup with ice
Coat top of ice with wild berry aloe vera juice
Mix pina colada & pineapple in 6 oz. cold water
Add mixture into cup with other ingredients

Note: 1 full packet of 4C Energy Rush is 2 tsp; 1/2 packet is 1 tsp; and 1/4 packet is 1/2 tsp.
