Blend your ice and water together first for a few seconds before adding dry ingredients. It’ll make for a smoother consistency.

If your shake is too thin, add more ice and blend.

If your shake is too thick, add some warm water and blend.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop SlimFast Advanced Nutrition Smoothie Mix - Vanilla
  • 1 scoop Integrated Supplements Whey Isolate Protein - Vanilla
  • 1/2 TBSP Oreo cookies & cream pudding mix
  • 1 TBSP sugar free Jello pudding mix - white chocolate
  • 1 TBSP PB2 Original Powdered Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Ice

Instructions

Blend ice & water in blender for 10 seconds

Add all other ingredients into blender

Blend until smooth or desired texture

  1. This may be just me but the cookies and cream has to many sugars/carbs for my shake routine. So in a container I have equal parts of sugarfree cheesecake, sugarfree white chocolate, and sugarfree chocolate pudding mixes that I use as a substitution for cookies and cream.

  2. For cookies n cream substitute, I use a table spoon of SF white chocolate pudding and a tablespoon of SF vanilla pudding and add a tablespoon of sugar free chocolate morsels. Not sure if that helps but that’s what I do!
