Lava Shakes add a boost of caffeine and vitamins to the protein shakes you already know and love.
As always, these recipes don’t require any pricey products and all come in for close to $2 or less!
Tips for making your shakes:
Blend your ice and water together first for a few seconds before adding dry ingredients. It’ll make for a smoother consistency.
If your shake is too thin, add more ice and blend.
If your shake is too thick, add some warm water and blend.

- 1 scoop SlimFast Advanced Nutrition Smoothie Mix - Vanilla
- 1 scoop Integrated Supplements Whey Isolate Protein - Vanilla
- 1 TBSP Jello sugar free pudding mix - cheesecake
- 1/2 tsp. Skittles Tropical kiwi lime drink mix
- 1 Graham Cracker square
- 1 TSP 4C Energy Rush - Citrus
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Ice
Dissolve 4C Energy Rush in 1 oz. hot water; Pour into bottom of cup
Blend ice & water in blender for 10 seconds
Add all other ingredients into blender
Blend until smooth or desired texture
Pour blended mixture into cup on top of 4C mixture
Top with sugar free whipped cream & crushed graham cracker (if desired)
